reports obtained from using the Site are accurate, current, reliable, complete,
or error-free. The use of the Site is at your own risk. Changes are periodically
made to the Site and may be made at any time.
DOCVIEW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SITE WILL
OPERATE ERROR FREE OR THAT THIS SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES

Payment for Services Offered By Docview on this Site For Report Purchasers
You agree to pay for each report you purchase through the Authorizetransaction.com/Docview
system within 30 days of each billing cycle. An invoice will be mailed to you on
the 1st of each month that you incurred billable report access charges. You will
be charged for each unique report you view. You will not be charged to view revised
and corrected versions of previously purchased reports. If payment is not received
within 30 days, your account will be disabled and you will be denied access to your
account until payment has been made in full.
Copyright Information
The Site and the content within the Site are the property of Docview, its Licensors,
or its suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws, including, but
not limited to, United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
The compilation, organization and display of the content as well as all software
and technology used on and in connection with this Site are and shall remain the
exclusive property of Docview. Docview reserves all rights in the Site and its content
as well as all software and technology not specifically granted in any agreements
with Docview or in theseTerms of Service.

Docview, Docview.us.com and other marks indicated on our site are marks owned by
of Docview or their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected
to, or sponsored by Docview. Other Docview marks, graphics, logos, page headers,
button icons, scripts noted on the Site are Docview's service marks, trademarks
and trade dress and are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Docview.
Docview’s or its Licensor’s or its suppliers service marks, trademarks and trade
dress may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers,
in any manner that disparages or discredits Docview and in connection with any service
or product that is not sponsored, endorsed or produced by Docview, its licensors
or its suppliers.

inform you about our privacy practices. Please view the Privacy Policy at the link

You agree that Docview is not responsible for any content, associated links, resources,
or services associated with a third party site. You further agree that Docview shall
not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort associated with your use of third
party content. Links and access to these sites are provided for your convenience
only. If you decide to access linked third-party web sites, you do so at your own
risk. You may not link this Site or any of its contents to your site without Docview’s
prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCVIEW, ITS VENDORS. LICENSORS. AND/OR SUPPLIERS, OR ANY THIRD
PARTIES MENTIONED AT THIS SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY
TO USE THE SITE AND THE MATERIAL OR REPORTS OBTAINED FROM THIS SITE, WHETHER BASED
ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT DOCVIEW
IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise expressly provided, the aggregate liability for Docview and/or
its agents to you for all claims arising from the use of the contents of this Site
(including any reports resulting from the Site) is limited to $100.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Docview, its officers, directors,
employees, member and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including
without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from
your use of the this Site (including the Reports obtained from the Site) or your
breach of the terms of this Agreement. Docview shall provide notice to you promptly
of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in
defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
Export Control
The United States controls the export of products and information. You agree to
comply with such restrictions and not to export or re-export the content on this
Site (including any Reports obtained from this Site) to countries or persons prohibited
under the export control laws. By downloading the content (including any Reports
obtained from this Site), you are agreeing that you are not in a country where such
export is prohibited and that you are not on the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table

This Site is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Docview makes no claims that the content

you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your
jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the
State of Michigan, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision
of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction,
the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining
provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver
of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of
such term or any other term. Except as expressly provided in a particular “Legal
Notice†on particular web pages, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement
between you and the Docview with respect to the use of the Site.
