If you cannot find a report in Docview.us.com, you are provided with two options. First, you can email the Docview.us.com support staff and we will try to locate the report you are looking for. Second, you can call our toll free support number and we will assist you over the phone. We answer phones Monday through Firday from 8am to 5pm EST and those who call will always get a live person on the first few rings.

If the report is not in Docview.us.com, we advise that you wait at least 4 business days from the date of the crash before contacting the law enforcement agency. We must allow the law enforcement agencies time to prices their reports. We work very hard to handle the support requests promptly.

What costs are associated with purchasing reports off of Docview.us.com?
There are no setup costs or monthly administrative costs for using Docview.us.com. The only cost comes when you actually download and view an accident report. Different agencies charge different amounts to purchase their crash reports online but most reports will cost you between $5.00 to $20.00 per report.

How do we track multiple purchases made in the same month?
When purchasing a report in Docview.us.com, the purchaser is able to enter their claim/case/client number that corresponds with the purchase being made. The number entered will appear on the itemized invoice at the end of the month to help provide you a reference point as to why you purchased that report.
